As the COVID-19 Restrictions start to lift here in Queensland this is our new training schedule for Stage One.

All sessions will meet at the gym however as per guidelines will be run outside.

5:15am Kettlebell Circuit
6:00am Kettlebell Circuit
9:15am Cardio Circuit
5:30pm Kettlebell Circuit

Friday

5:15am Boxing Fitness
6:00am Strength
5:30pm Strength

Saturday

6am – Dog Squad
7am – Boxing
